- Former Queensland Premier Campbell Newman says the Victorian government is “incredibly desperate” to raise revenue.
Mr Newman told Sky News host Steve Price that the government would seek to increase revenues “everywhere”.
“Because of their reckless financial management.”

Therefore, you'll have much less houses being built and then a huge shortage of housing.

If you want aboriginals to advance in anything, then the first thing you have to do is stop calling or allowing them to be victims. They must be treated the same as every other Australian. The allowing of victim hood enables them to be under no obligation to improve. Same as every one you call a victim. They have to want to fit in and be part of the Australian community. Things got so bad in Victoria that their GST share went up artificially from 0.88 to 0.94 for 2024-2025. For this NSW’s number went down to 0.86 and Queensland down to 0.95 to pay for it.
I wish someone would do some “Truth Telling” about the anti social and criminal behaviour perpetrated on communities throughout Australia by many of our indigenous brothers and sisters.
