In this video, I help you overcome your negative thoughts and anxiety through Reiki. In this video you find the following triggers : personal attention and energy plucking.

Though you've always created stellar content, these last few videos since you've returned to creating seem really energized, even more "genuine". The great thing about Reiki is you literally don't need to know anything to do it. Waving your hands and saying soothing things is all there is to it; it's impossible to fake.

Very good video. It was so relaxing. Love the accent. I thought it was French, then Scottish, then Australian, and then French again. Not sure why, maybe I was too relaxed. ;-)
