डॉ साहब कहानी अच्छी है । आदमी को अपने जाये की कद्र करनी चाहिये , और इसे जीवन का अनुशासन समझ कर सत्य अर्जन ही घर में पाया जाना चाहिये। बार बार अपना प्रतिरोध करना वास्तव में ग़लत है और ऐसे में संस्थान द्वारा की गयी कार्यवाही उचित है।अब दूसरे पक्ष को भी समझते हैं के ऐसे बहुत बंधु हैं जो पारिश्रमि होते हैं औरजीवन पर्यंत परिश्रम करते हैं लेकिन पदोन्नति की बाज़ी दबंग, मक्कार, चापलूस मार जाते हैं । आज देश के समस्त सरकारी और बड़े निजी संस्थानों का यही हाल है।
कुछ बाते कहने के लिए आदर्श तो होती हैं लेकिन यथार्थ के पटल पर ईमानदार आदमी के साथ न्याय नहीं करती हैं।
