I have been trying to learn how to church dance for 36 years and after watching this video for 5 minutes I was dancing all around my house and perfect synchronation. This is coming from a black man with absolutely no rhythm. I will have so much more confidence when I go back to church I'm going this Sunday just because I can dance now. Once you learn the basics you can add your own flavor to it that's what I like.

Practicing? Lol she's experienced the Holy Spirit in this manner, so that's why she can do this. You can't "practice" how to dance for God bcuz he have us all different gifts... Sum praise like this, sum run, sum speak in tongues. I
B. Christine no such thing as a holy dance. The bible does reference dancing. I don’t know who made this the official type of dance they “think” God was referring to but they are sadly mistaken. If God wanted a certain type if dance done He would have put explicit instructions of how to do it. Also if you have to learn how to do it then you are missing the point.
