I live in Los Angeles and bought mine for my 2015 in the red tank and frame with black fairings... LOOKS SUPER BLACK WIDOW NOW.
Did you go with a 200mm or 300mm can? I can't decide! haha
This is a much better Black Widow Exhaust then the one I did for my GS500, the one regret was doing a Sound Comparison but complications over removing the stock exhausts system prevented me.
But that carbon can looks hell of a lot better then the Stainless Steel cans, may just have to order a can for my new bike, very tempting indeed

just checked their website again spicy, they already have the exhaust and my god for a full system thats cheap, im buying one now!
also would you be able to let me know how many DB the new exhaust makes?

Hi spicy you have 3 baffle sounds for that exhaust, baffle in and out and then if you remove the baffle there is a leg leg removable part (easy with pliers) and that's the mid sound... just about right on my yzfr125 👍🏻

That sounds sweet as a nut. Just had a look to see if they do a pipe for my XSR900 and I can't believe how cheap they are. It will sound immense

spicy110 Looks extremely well built. I had a Dan Moto pipe on my old CBR600RR and that sounded class. They were cheap as well and we'll built. But they don't look half as good as the Black Widow pipe. Cleans up the bottom of your bike as well. This has definitely made my mind up on what I'm getting on the XSR. Quality video

It's a shame they don't do the headers for 2003/2004 ZX6-R, one of the most popular years.

How does the full carbon fiber silencer compare to the carbon tip/steel silencer? Its more expensive and I dont want to get the carbon tip and have it sound bad.

Hey I know it's a year later but did you end up going with this system? I've got the delkevic 8 inch carbon can on mine and holy shit it's loud and sounds amazing. Also if you still have this bike look into modding and advancing the timing. Best thing I ever did to my bike man for real and its as easy as 8 bolts lol 😆 gave my bike like 30 more horsepower tho just by switching the ignition/timing gear
The BW system has much more road presence. Definately a worthwhile upgrade. However as this is your 'Work horse' / distance bike, I suspect you'll put the baffles back into the BW system after a few long journeys.
Why are baffles important for far distance motors?

@@andrewmack2161 I see, thanks for reacting. I thought it might had to do with the motor tiring as well. Someone said the motor would run hotter, thats why.
@@yunusy5545 It shouldn't cause any other issues with a modern fuel injected/engine management bike, although it could have minor issues with some older stuff if the fuelling isn't changed to suit. But as this is his 'workhorse' bike, the volume is important.

No, I have not, but note you can't under-mount the 300mm, or at least that is what they told me.

I have no idea but from my understanding your exhausts have to be approved for a bike to pass TUV? I would imagine no, email black widow and ask for sure.

+Alex Jeffery black widow say not remapping needed. I have not and it seems fine. The flames are due to a short system and I have not blocked off the pair valves.

+husky 9 yes same as the 03 R6 tho it has slightly different internals
husky 9 vaguely. It's closer to the down tuned fz6 fazer engine which in turn was a down tuned r6 engine.
Very nice, no where near as loud as mine, so yea mine is bigger :-p
