Le Creuset Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon, Pecans | Ft. Benny T's Vesta

The Hot Sorcerer turns that ugly, boring vegetable you hated as a child into a gorgeous, bacon-laden delight. Even the true non-believers will learn to love Brussels Sprouts.
This really is one of my all-time favorite side dishes. I also kick this dish up a notch with some Sriracha. Totally optional but it really fires up these sprouts. And I top it off even more with some Benny T's Vesta dry hot sauce. Check it out bennytsvesta.com/
Cool story. I also learned during this video that it's not actually "Brussel Sprouts" it's "Brussels Sprouts".
This recipe uses a Le Creuset 3.5 quart braiser. If you don't have a braiser you could cook this in a cast iron pan. But you really should consider getting the Le Creuset braiser -- very versatile pan. You'll love it.
