I want the AI to be grabbing the answers from a document that I created but I know users will not ask the questions based on how it is in the document even though it is the same answer to the question that they asked, it is just that they worded it differently.

I think you have to train the Chatbot.

Botpress doesnt work well, so many features but none available when you want them on a specific platform. great idea but it doesnt work well
