I don't see the streetlights on in this video. So before curfew. My friends and I rode a bus downtown to go to the movies. It wasn't illegal. We dawdle about and were only out after curfew for as long as it took us to walk 3 blocks up the alley. Teenagers may leave a house without a parent legally.
