    Why wouldn't profitec or ECM be in the sentence "the best high end machines" 🤔

      Their machines are nicely built but lelit packs some really good tech in these that pushes them above in terms of espresso quality and user experience imo

      @@denargakocken couple things I like
      The Bianca and Mara both get up to fully working temp in about 15 minutes by super heating the water and bringing it back down to the proper brew temp, to get everything hot
      Bianca has the flow control paddle, but also included a solenoid valve that can automate the flow without using the paddle - which can be programmed on the display
      Mara also is very temperature stable for a heat exchanger and is one of the only machines I know of that doesn’t require a cooling flush, I think ecm has one like this too but I haven’t tested it
      Also the movable water tank on the Bianca is a nice feature, little things like that make the user experience pretty nice. Won’t lie though the ECM and profitec machines are solidly built for sure
