Building rapport is as important as the detail itself. Repeat business is very important to your success. Even though you're working between two states, it's still important. You may have some business set up for next winter should you return back to Floriday. It's a small world. keep it professional & build the rapport. Good Job.

9:27 I'd love to see a time lapsed video of the two of you detailing. I think most channels don't do that enough

Congrats Jess on the continued momentum. As you're gaining more business through various avenues, are you seeing more repeat customers that have turned into ongoing maintenance details? If so, what sort of frequency are you detailing for those clients?
Thank you. I have three maintenance clients at this point; one client is every 2 months and the other two are every 3 months. I also have two heavy equipment operators who aren’t on a maintenance plan but they do call me every two months or so when their machines get dirty. I also have one client who flips used cars who calls me a couple times a month for his flips. Those are all back home in CT though where I close for the winter season. This will be my second season open in CT as we head into March and things will look a bit different this year for the better. Last year I was just running on the fly being so new, now I know a little more of what to expect and have a much more solid foundation to build on.

Do you do exterior? Just seems the clients are all interior or that's all you film here.
I do exteriors on nearly all of my details but clientele cares more about their interiors so that tends to be what I focus on
