This message has literally just answered what I've been praying about. My "best friend" and I have known each other for over 8 years and now that I'm starting to build my relationship with God, our friendship feels so toxic and draining. Of course, I'll always love her and continue to pray for her, but what I CAN'T do is allow my spiritual growth to be compromised for a friendship. When you said, "You can't stay in a relationship because of time served" I knew that was meant for me to hear. Whenever I talked to God about this I would say, "We've been friends for so long, how do I just cut her off?" God is definitely working through you! Thank you and God bless you!!!

Tashauna Cudjo I see what you mean. I'm not sure if she REALLY knows or not although I do vocalize my love for God, maybe I don't do it as much as I should. How do you approach someone who has little to no knowledge of God? I need tips lol. I've invited her to Bible study, but she can't go because of a time conflict. (It's every Monday at 6:00pm but she has class)
kweenkey share your notes send her this video ....ask her does she believe in God. Share your vision with her and ask her to hold accountable to your vision of Godly community. If it becomes overwhelming for her she will excuse herself from your life. You won’t have to ended. if and when she comes back around you will love her through the process because you know what it looks like 😉

My God I’m only 12 mins into the teaching and My spirit is fed. Everything you spoke is nothing short of the pure truth. God bless you Man of God because your are giving us the raw keys to reach our purpose and activate our faith more to keep walking our journey in Christ.
As an international college student who's always moving around it's so hard to find/keep an inner circle, especially one where you can lead each other by faith instead of emotions and the typical "ride or die" worldly advice. In the past I've been very shy about my faith because people my age don't like to talk about God and faith, and some have even mocked me for it, but I have decided to be bold and live my life for Christ regardless of what anyone thinks. One of the things that almost broke me is being in isolation, but God is soo faithful and only by His grace I was delivered. I know God is always on time, so I'm still praying for that inner Godly circle

This is so great... I just got done w/ the "Relationship Goals", "Damaged Goods" & "Charged Up" series and I've been praying for God to send me godly friendships, a godly relationship and a new job that I'm equally yoked by and all that can be equally by me. I've been praying for God to reveal to me his purpose for me and this series is next up! Wow! Perfect timing...

Yet another powerful series.. Relationship Goals helped me a lot especially Before The Person I just turned 24 today and the weeks leading up were very very hard I truly thought by now I'd be in a long term relationship leading to marriage but I've been single for a couple of years and my best friend just got engaged and I am excited for her and a lot people around me are progressing in life and I keep wondering what memo did I miss or what turn didn't I take. I have no community around me to speak to about certain struggles so the devil did play around with my mind for a while. Hearing that word just gave me perspective and peace. I have also been praying about having a community around me and I trust just like this message came at the right time I will get a community as well.

I’m glad I decided to watch this this afternoon in December 2019. I need Godly community, but I need to divorce my toxic relatives that God is telling me to let go of.
I watched it in January 2020... I think I have a Godly community, but for sure I struggle with getting close to people.
Pastor said go to the internet. so here I am asking, i need community lol. I was brought up in a christian home but most recently started developing my own personal relationships with God. While I'm happy to see my spiritual life progress over the past couple of months, i still struggle so in line with what he said, i need a someone to discuss and navigate this thing called adulting/life while trying to be a representation of Christ. if anyone needs that support system or someone to hold accountable or discuss, I am available! I admit I need a Godly community... it hit me when he read the scripture about a person who is alone is in trouble because I stay to myself ALOT and I have things I’m dealing with or feelings of doubt that no one knows about. I've listened to this message more than three times since yesterday and I always catch something new every time. Pastor Michael, you are a blessed man, continue to answer the call on a daily basis
On yesterday after church I was walking my dogs and before I went into my home I turned completely around. My flesh felt so alone until I had to pray and on today I was led by God to listen to this message. I started to think who is in my inner circle. I got a text yesterday after the walk, a text and a phone call. God answered me. I know who they are now. You were used to speak healing to my life. I shared the message with my inner circle.

This sermon hit me so hard the first time i watched it.At the end of this series i made it silent and consistent prayer.I have evaluated my friendships and slowly and organically i see them being stripped away.The thorn of loosing friendships you've had for years- terribly lonely.But Lord i cannot wait for the rose- wholesome purposeful friendships.Watching this again i realize now that my prayers are being answered.No longer staying in relationship because of time served.

What I truly love about Pastor Mike is that he doesn't try to be Jesus. He lets people know that I have a calling and that's what I'm doing. I think that a lot of leaders with a large following tend to gloat in the fact that everyone wants to speak to them and use that as fuel but he is letting them know to not treat him in such a manner.

It is exactly what I needed to hear. I do have godly relationships, but I am the one who keeps secrets from them. Problems involving life, relationship etc that they don’t know about, and because I keep em from them, these problems keeps repeating itself again and again because no one is telling me that it’s wrong because I keep these things from them. But, hearing the word today, now I know. Thank you Lord, for making this pastor an instrument. 🙏🏻
