The game will be remembered by the wonderful performances from the goal keepers.
Baxter saved us on more than once occasion today. We need to be better at the back and preferably stop randomly passing it to our opponents.
Randomly passing it to our opponents like Baxter kept doing you mean. He made routine saves and his distribution was very very poor. Some people saying Sheehan had a nightmare but not really when every single play coming through him think our defenders and goal keeper forget your allowed pass out wide. We ain’t Man City ffs as much as evvat wants to believe we are, we really ain’t
That ball in from Collins was quality looking forward to watching him play
In all honesty, we got away with a draw. With a new defender just thrust into the action, it wasnt a bad result. Collins looks a great signing already!!
The lad on their left wing - cutter - that spent most of the match on the seat of his pants feigning injury and asking for bookings should be concentrating on his game the mug. Had he marked Ashworth that goal doesn't go in. Vengeance is sweet

Barry Cotter pal. Has the ability to do some good stuff but usually ends up on the floor achieving fuck all 😂. Thought it was a great game too. Fair result in the end.

Baxter excellent as usual, we looked shaky at the back and need to tighten up defensively quickly.we can't just rely on Baxter to save us every game. Injuries at the back have not helped.
Thought collins was excellent and ashworth is fitting into the team well. I would start with collins and bod next game,attack is the best form of defence.
Sheehan, charles & vic all need resting midweek, time for fresh legs.
Baxter’s been quality recently and kept us in it there, some ball from Collins that, looking forward to watching him 👌

Damn the crowd was loud today
I was at the game with Barnsley and the noise when you scored was really loud. Not quite as loud as when you equalised in the semis last year but still a fair old noise.
Shocking game 70% possession all game and Barnsley looked the better team shocking from bolton if we want to win or finish top 2

Well that was a game of two halves, glad we still have a decent goalie but can’t help but feel disappointed.
Watching that and the missed chances should have been 5 3 to Barnsley

Barnsley score a Sunday league long throw flick on, poor defending from us. Understandable giving the injuries at the back. Then for some reason we kept gifting them chances to score. Good point considering we weren't at our best. Barnsley are a bit of a bogey team, we never seem to do that well against them

I dont think its anything against the team or the management when fans get agitated. I think i was slighly vocal myself when i see the players, the team you love under pressure. I am quite of the nervous dispostion. But i know players coming back and mixing it a bit we will do good things. In ian i trust

@JordanLR yes I agree different teams different set ups. I suppose Barnsley did a good job of the high press. Something I have seen for a while. I agree with what one fan wrote we missed Rico who is best at distributing the ball out.
@@user-vt2kk2xd9f yeah early in the second half there was 3 of 4 shaky moments from trying to play out. Just puts everyone on edge and you could hear the frustration in the stadium. Rico is definitely missed I agree
barnsley such a negative garbage side but they always scrape results against us!
