I love how you combine the inner and external in your videos. You are blessed in what you do and are appreciated. To realize who you truly are is the exact reverse process of creation. If you keep focusing on a negative emotion like fear (what MIGHT happen) anger or such, you give it energy and life within yourself. Is this what you want to create? Is is helping? It actually raises your blood pressure, lowers your resistance, releases negative hormones, affects your mood and can affect others around you and more. Better until one Masters the chatty egoic mind to think of something positive or do something positive like exercise or help a friend, or give the thought back to source and say no thanks. Do you know why many who meditate focus on the breath? Breathing is in the NOW, not past or future like the limited mind likes to do. Also when the breathing is shallow and calm, so it the prana and mind. And when one observes the breath, you exercise the witness or observation rather than thinking. Many hang on to "HOPE", which I understand and is better than a negative attitude, BUT hope generally is in the future and comes from outside oneself. When you observe something that is causing yourself suffering, it is in the NOW, and observed within. Thank you for sharing you blessed chants and videos. Love, love , love.
