You have to enter the date of exit yourself.

Hi Sir have left the job in Dec 22. And Currently unemployed, had updated my HDFC Bank details on Epfo at 2nd May 23 account is of HDFC bank. Today Status is Showing as Pending with employer for Digital Signature. Now Who Will approve this because I have already left the job 3 months ago and Currently un employed.

Contact your employer. Your employer would be approved. If you has been leave your company doesn't matter.

Aap joint declaration form epfo office se jake lele usma sara correction karke employer se signature and stamp lagade or sath may aadhaar and pan card attach karke epfo office may jama karde hojayega. 10 to 15 days time lagta hai correction hone may.
