that was fun! I thought the anxiety tracker was so important. I would love more discussion of mental health and tracking in the planner community. I used to think habit tracking was a waste of time (LOL) but that was how I realized that sleep and quality of sleep had a huge impact on my weight loss, maybe more so than food intake.
Oh and the reuseable whiteboard is also a great and unique idea. But all the spreads and suggestions were awesome. Thanx to all the contributors.

I loved the ideas from these wonderful creators. The last one from Sarra just blew my mind. I've never thought about doing it that way. That might even work with a whole page covering strip of washi tape and using a ruler. 🤯

So I've been really struggling to get my bullet journal started this year, mainly as I'm used to starting in January so now it's March I feel kinda weird about starting it at all? But a video like this is just IDEAL

The white board spread is genius! I recently set up something similar for a packing list since right now I'm living between my house and my sister's house. I just used erasable pen to mark off what I packed
