Itachi is one of the best well written characters in Anime. The beauty of a "Selfless murderer" who gave up his life and his path for the sake of others. Itachi was framed to be a "criminal" the people of his village hated him, Itachi shouldered all the hatred of the village and his brother. The one thing I like about Itachi is he sacrificed his life for others and carried all the burden and hate of the village but still he never lost his mind and even after death he is still proud that he is Itachi! of the Hidden leaf village. RIP Itachi " I will always love you"
Itachi saved the world twice. First from a war caused by the Uchiha uprising. Second by getting rid of the Reanimations, which played a major part in the Fourth World War. Twice, he saved the world and the world will only ever remember him as the bastard that killed his entire clan for no fucking reason.
Itachi ultimately fulfilled his mission.
Only Sasuke knowing the truth and it seems he respects Itachi's decision not to say words about him.
I don't think the new generation even knows about the massacre.

This was sad but I was glad to finally get an explanation for why Fugaku and Mikoto just sat there when Itachi was cutting through them in the Tsukuyomi scenes. He doesn't change what happened or slow anything down when he uses Tsukuyomi. He shows it all as it actually happened in real time, as we've seen since when young Sasuke watched his clan being killed. That part with the parents always seemed strange to me ever since Part 1 of Naruto, and I'm glad it was addressed.

Anyone that didn’t even well up a tiny bit during this episode is either a liar or a coward. Itachi is this shows strongest character by far. Literally the saddest story in all of the anime I’ve ever watched.

This was the peak point of this arc. I don't want to spoil much but as said IMHO it started going messy and Kishi really had to think hard how he could continue this.
My favourite arc is definitely when Sasuke started his mission to defeat everyone in his path just to get to Itachi and this buildup and hatred against him that started from the very beginning of OG Naruto grew even stronger (after around killing Orochimaru), and also at that time when Pain fought Naruto and ofc Jiraiya vs Pain. Man.. And the 6th opening by Sign is the best.
That's totally fair! and I do agree with you about those moments being parts of peak naruto. I really wish I could have reacted to them, but alas it's better late than never.
I remember when I first watched this scene, I was wearing my Itachi t-shirt and clutching my necklace (Itachi's necklace) as I cried and felt my heart break. I was sad when he first died, but we all knew it was coming, so I didn't cry. But this, this scene broke me. They played with our hearts and jerked us around. It was the first time I had ever cried to an anime.
Edit: Honestly, this is still the only anime to ever make me cry. Clannad, Angel Beats, none of that does anything to me. But Naruto man...

Anyway Madara was only serious about fighting naruto eight tails and guy at first then he stops after Guy's hirudora breaks his susano(shown in manga,). Then he sits on the juubi. Then waits for hashirama. Then only fight tailed beasts, guy again and naruto and sasuke . He fought only few. It's not that he didn't care about the war. He only met a few who could excite him. Obito could literally take down anyone else other than the names I mentioned above.

No, mate. Hiruzen never tried. Not once. He talked about trying peaceful negotiations, but he didn't do jack shit. Shisui's death bought them an extra year and he wasted it. He practically forced Danzo into dirtying his (and Itachi's) hands.
Just because the show never showed it doesn't mean it never happened in universe. The 3rd could have done something off-screen that we never got to see or hear about. Until I get absolute proof that the 3rd did in fact do nothing, I'm going to continue to believe that he DID try but was unsuccessful.
@@NU121493255 No, mate. The Itachi Shinden novels revealed that he didn't do anything. Something cleverly left out in the anime adaptation. Almost as if Pierrot really, really wanted to make Danzo the bad guy, considering they also left out the fact that Tobi was the actual mastermind behind the coup.

Remember that hashirama beat alive madara without the rinnegan. He did have EMS tho. So even tho he’s edo now, having the rinnegan more than makes up for the physical disadvantages that edo causes imo. I would say if edo madara were to go back and fight alive hashirama, edo madara would win.
EMS madara is stronger than rinnegan. Edo madara couldn't win against Hashirama as all madara uses the rinnegan for is absorbing jutsu which you can't absorb wood style as it's a physical thing not made of chakra. So a weakened Madara with a basically useless against hashirama rinnegan won't win.
Vidyuth Menezes rinnegan absorbs all chakra AND ninjutsu. Wood style is no exception. Check your facts

And maybe if you checked your facts, you would know that Hashirama has sage mode which renders his rinnegan useless.Now also please explain to me why when madara is revived is he able to shrug of the deity gates and blitz Naruto and Sai with NO EYES. Then Hashirama remarks that he is regaining his past strength clearly indicating alive Madara is stronger than any edo version of himself. So in short the rinnegan does not make up for beaing a reanimation and EMS madara is much stronger than edo.

Vidyuth Menezes he didn’t absorb wood style for the plot. Madara and obito hardly used their rinnegan abilities because they were already super busted without them. And just because he didn’t do it doesn’t mean that he can’t do it. What a terrible argument. Rinnegan absorbs ALL CHAKRA AND ALL NINJUTSU NO EXCEPTIONS.
And no, sage mode does not render rinnegan useless wtf??? Also edo madara has sage mode so absorbing sage chakra or sage jutsu is not an issue.
The reason that most edos are weaker is the it takes a big hit on physical attributes (strength, speed, etc). He could have done the same thing as an edo, even easier.
Also, (this is a big one) you seem to be talking about revived madara, which is very different from alive EMS madara. Revived madara even with no eyes IS stronger than edo madara. But that’s not what we’re talking about. You can’t use revived madara to prove points about EMS madara. Revived madara is stronger than edo because he can still use susanoo AND has sage mode AND has hashirama regen AND has woodstyle. And those added abilities more than make up for not having the rinnegan.

Normally that’s good because I‘m the same and also had a rough childhood without people supporting me so you can understand people and situations with these bottled up emotions way better, however the downside is that you can easily be thrown off guard spiritually and end up crying for things other people would see with a stoic face and therefore you‘ll disrupt your soul that way.
