Opener IT>PS>BS>SS>Rune weapon>SS>BS>AOD Put garry up when u have all procs going, should be before AOD, Rotation is prio Keeping diseases up (IC,PS) SS, BS (refresh diseases around 5 sec before they expire.) Use blood tap on cd to refresh ghoul frenzy but only pop it when ur left most blood rune is on cd. Horn of winter when u dont have anything else to press.
