The real reason behind all of this is, they want to see Deion fail, let's just keep it real, but they fail to realize that Deion has already won long before he came to Colorado, let's remember these are young men that are being put in the fire just because of the dislike of Deion, and it's not right. You have to be real careful how you treat people, not just Deion but everyone.
I think this is kind of adversity the team needs to respond to with an uplift in their own games and attitude. That feeling they have of discouragement, you have to find a way through that and quick. Anyone out here in the real world knows you gotta fight discouragement with effort encouragement and a progressive mindset. This is a big year for the team!!! we really have to communicate well and make the proper adjustments. He is developing men and trying to keep them from being poached by these women that want to be on their arms for the money. He wants them to gain an education knowing that 95% won't make it to the NFL. But they'll have something to fall back on
Dylan is a loss the young man is talented, but Dylan scored 5 touchdowns last year four in the first game. Rush for 321 yards and had 299 yards receiving again 130 of those in the first game. He was taking out of the starting lineup because he was getting blown up by linebackers in pass blocking. Again, I love Dylan but let’s get our emotions out of it and keep it 100. I was telling people last year Dylan is not a running back he is a weapon that you have packages for. If Dylan is your RB1 your team is in trouble. Dylan gets hit he does not give hits. The defense does not feel him over the course of a game. Good luck to him and I wish him well but RB1 he is not at D1.

Those other teams were throwing incentives at those young men when Coach Prime offered a future. They are young and couldn't see past those dollar signs. They'll learn soon as those schools allow all those certain women to come in hem them up
