Organizing recipes in a dedicated recipe binder. That's what we're doing in this video. It's something that happens often, on this channel. đ I wouldn't hold it against you if you called it an obsession... 'cause it is. Plastic sheet protectors have become a staple here. And for good reason, 'cause they hold the finest crinkle sounds imaginable.
Over time, I've become very particular about the types of sheet protectors I use for these videos; the thinnest, cheapest ones, tend to sound the tingliest. High-quality, thick ones are much more subtle and subdued in their language.
We've arrived at a point where, if you ask me for guidance about which plastic sheet protectors to buy for your new binder, I wouldn't hesitate to give you a lengthy analysis using spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations, an hour minimum.

There was a video I watched years ago now that was someone putting paper into and taking it out of the plastic envelopes. It was 10 seconds of a 40 minute video and it was the most tingles I'd ever had. I was so so glad when I found this channel! đ´đ´
