See the non fastened door behind the left main body gear at 9.17 on landing and both doors unfastened at 14.39 .how did they miss this in the walk around at Montreal .

I saw that flapping around too. very surprised they missed it on their walkaround.

That's if they did a walk around!!!!. Bet that airplane is a poor state and cabin dated and stale.
