How does a Duck Pin String Bowling Pinsetter Work

Duck Pins Bowling uses Smaller balls without finger holes. Take a look at this old bowling ally that had 6 lanes of bowling.
It used an old pneumatic air hydraulic system and strings.

Really ingenious and simple compared to what we have today.

These Duckpins are called the “rubberband” Duckpins. They were used mainly in Quebec, Canada, along with Five Pin Bowling. There’s another type of Duckpins, which are used in some states like Maryland, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, and they use the Sherman Automatic Pinsetters.
