There are 2 famous Estonian bands performing the song: a hip-hop group 5 miinust (translates as 5 minuses and the number 5 is pronounced "Viis" [ve:s]) and folk duo called Puuluup (it's a palindrome formed from 2 Estonian words: "Puu" meaning tree (or wooden) and "Luup" meaning either loop or also magnifying glass. They use loopers in their music, so it refers to that as well.
The instrument they are playing is talharpa and is called Hiiu kannel in Estonian (referring to Hiiumaa, second biggest island of Estonia), sometimes it's also referred to as Swedish bowed harp because the instrument was brought to Estonia from Sweden centuries ago but is no longer widely known/played in Sweden anymore).
