You can tell it was doomed from the beginning. Black wedding dress? The ML is a Wuss. Whatever his mother told him to do, he did. Regardless of how the writers want us to think he loved the FL, IMO he didn't. He's a lying cheating scumbag with the help of his mother. The evil MIL did everything to make them divorce, so he could be with the biatch. FL is the only one to go through all the heartache, pain, suffering, misery, insults, humiliation etc in this drama. Even after the evil MIL and the ML found out what the biatch did, they still loved her and ML and biatch and MIL lived happily to the very end. None of them felt any remorse or regret for what they did to the FL. The writers didn't do a proper ending, they left the FL open ended. Everyone found their "love" except the FL.
