Funny thing, a friend of mine (who is a min-maxxer and WAY into finding nitty gritty mechanical details of games) told me how to dodge the girl.
Basically, if you’re chosen by her, run out to the ship and get on monitor duty, and DO NOT TURN AROUND.
Her programming for starting the “haunt” (or hunt rather) when she’ll kill you instead of freaking you out is to spawn behind you, but NOT to attack until you turn around and look at her.
If you never look at her when she’s “haunting” you, she’ll eventually give up and choose another target, and then you can switch out for whoever the next victim is.
But, this is all hearsay, just so you’re aware.✋😅🤚 If it doesn’t work, I’m just saying this is what I was told.
