I know this isn't the place to say what I'm about to say, but I need help. Currently, I'm in an institute to learn English, and to be honest, I'm not very talented, but I'm making an effort to learn. It's been almost two months since I entered the institute, but just going once a week isn't enough to improve my language skills. I'll start watching videos to build grammatical foundations and increase vocabulary. However, the help of a native speaker is essential; I can't overlook it, especially since I'm not like others who learn easily. It takes more effort for me, as my talent isn't much, and I struggle with self-esteem and nerves. Therefore, I need to speak with a native speaker for corrections and conversation topics. For now, I'll only chat to master vocabulary and grammar first, then work on listening and pronunciation. I need someone who not only speaks the language but also speaks it correctly and can explain a few things to me. Obviously, I translated all of this.

That would prove his point. That's what he wanted from the beggining. He wanted to show how people can be broken with a little push. Which is what happened to Harvey Dent. He succeded there. But Batman never killed him and so he failed. Although the Joker doesn't really give a shit. As neaar end of the movie he says they're destineded to play this game forever.
It pains me to see how many people don't realize this. They really think the Joker wanted to kill him, even with him blatantly saying he didn't want that ever. And to prove my first point, just right after he says Batman completes him. He completes him because Batman is the one that he needs to corrupt. And he's ready to play this game forever to do it.

I feel that one of the most underrated things about Heath’s performance is his physical acting. He’s so animated. Like the way he mocks his own goon or how fluidly he gets up from the truck. It’s in a lot of other scenes too, like in his fight scenes or during the initial bank robbery. He moves like he’s straight out of a comic book which is very fitting for the character.

That's what I loved about Joker. It wasn't about money, glory, notoriety, power... It was about breaking the core of what he viewed as a fake society, and ripping the fabric away that hid everyone's darkness.
He wanted to show that nothing matters, and what people drew inspiration from really wasn't there. That's how you make the world burn. He succeeded with Harvey, maybe he could've succeeded with Gotham eventually.
    The perfect villain

He can succeed with Gotham if all those obstacles weren't there
He just wants to force the real thing in people out
Their chaos because really that's all it is
These rules, code, morals, plans and systems are just ropes
You ever seen like in a movie where humans grab rope and try to tie down a giant monster but eventually it breaks
Joker is like the scissor he just wants to cut the ropes so the real thing comes out.
All of it is exactly like real life
We have all these rules and we think they'll save us.

@Chairman Jao Bai Den and if you are maturely sane philosophically, you will learn to accept differences in the world. That corruption can NEVER BE erased fully, and the world greed will only get bigger as kind hearted souls continue to die out. And detach yourself from the worldly conflicts, whether is living alone with no one to disturb or committing suicide. Not someone who just want to destroy the system because of the unfairness/corruption. He simply just wants the world to burn and be in chaos, like the colors of his outfit. (like Alfred said).
I honestly really can't see how people can justify the actions of the joker. If you are talking the movie 2019 or 2020(i forgot the year), yea he's more sympathetic and has more of a reason to kill those dicks. - Realistic loss of balance occurring after a shock

      - His willingness to confront the batman exceeding attention for his own physical integrity. Nonchalant, chaotic and unstoppable, he will fight no matter how hard his body gives him up.

This is the only person in the film the joker shows any hesitation in killing. And then he takes possession of the weapon that almost ended him. It reminds me of a philosophy spoken about by Jordan Peterson where you have to asymilate the objects of terror or fear in your life and bend them to your will. The gun almost killed joker, joker asymilated it, and used it in his crimes. And that he didn't kill the banker because he respected something in his character. That he was a person of action. He wasn't just coasting through life. When push came to shove, he grabbed his weapon and attacked.

@@donalddeluxe6407 but he did kill rachael. and he meant to kill harvey, batman just happened to save him. That was the entire point of that whole trap. They were both supposed to die. Joker just built in a small backup plan to tell batman the wrong locations for the two in the event he did happen to make it, the person he did save wouldn't be the person he wanted. That whole trap was designed to break batman mentally. That was joker's motive in the whole film. It's why he looked irritated when batman didn't hit him with the bike, and it's why he started laughing when batman threw him off the tower. He thought he finally broke him and won. Of course batman saved him, and he stopped laughing. That's why he said 'you just couldn't do it could you. you truly are incorruptible.'
Joker didn't kill The dog gangster, but did order his death so... that's a moot point.
The banker is still the only character in the film that joker had the means and opportunity to kill, and simply... didn't. There had to be a point to that.

What Ledger did in The Dark Knight is Probably the Greatest Acting performance in Cinematic History. It's beyond our Imagination that how can this types of acting even Exist.
Heath Ledger combined Charlie Chaplin's Demeanor , Buster Keaton's Fearlessness and Marlon Brando's Realistic Natural Method Acting all rolled into One and created his own Unique version of Acting in Joker which is completely Inventive.
Ledger also took inspiration from Francis Bacon's Paintings , Psychotic Nature of Malcolm McDowell's Alex DeLarge of Clockwork Orange as well as Voice influence from Tom Waits and made it as his own. and he went to an Extream Length for his role even more deeper than Daniel Day Lewis did for his roles, as Joker character is a Dark and Psychotic which requires the Blend of Craziness and Control yet So Depthful range where an actor just Flow into some invisible unusual frequency where he just hit that Stride where he (ledger) could do no wrong because he's Untouchable and so Free, as for him he feels like an Emperor who doesn't care how many great actors or whoever standing infront of him ( Bale , Freeman , Caine , Oldman , Eckhart ) but for Ledger they all are his Toys and He just played with his Toys. it's like flying with some Sonic speed and occasionally an actor goes to the sound barrier.. and heath has really just tapped into something here, he just tuned into some Station which we can't hear.
It's Natural Method + Unpredictable + Internal Depthful performance where even in some scenes and stills you can see the Humanity and Vulnerability of it as Despite of Joker is a Negative Character but still we all love Heath Ledger's Joker as some how we connect with his Ideology and philosophy despite of what he did is absolutely wrong as he tried to fix the world but by taking a wrong approach.
Ledger just Flow Naturally with the Rytham. And those who question him are unaware of his talent and potential as they haven't seen his earlier work like Brokeback Mountain and Monster's Ball in which he has delivered The Dark Knight Caliber of performances.
But still There exists a small yet vocal group of fandom that is convinced Heath Ledger’s Oscar win and the acclaim he received for his performance in The Dark Knight is a direct result of his death. The argument is that because of his untimely demise, his performance has been mythicised and ‘over-hyped.’
While Ledger’s death has doubtless served to propagate the legend surrounding his performance, that shouldn’t, and doesn’t, take away from the indisputable brilliance of what he accomplished with the Joker.
His premature death has meant that his work in The Dark Knight will forever remain his magnum opus and the part he will eternally be associated with. Were he alive, an actor of his calibre would have given us at least three additional notable performances by now.
In such a scenario, while the Joker might have remained his best work, it wouldn’t be the only thing people talk about when his name popped up, as is the situation now.
Having said that, his performance as the Joker is worthy of all the acclaim it has received. With the help of Christopher Nolan, Ledger developed the character from the ground up, and executed it in a way no one had done before, or indeed, has since. The interrogation scene alone is an absolute master class. Ledger nailed everything, the unique look, the idiosyncrasies and bodily ticks, the voice, the movement, facial expressions, everything.
It is one of the great exhibitions of contemporary acting, and perhaps the most exceptional performance of the 21st century, narrowly beating out Daniel Day-Lewis’ incredible work in There Will Be Blood.
Heath Ledger has left an enduring mark on the cinema landscape, and even decades from now he will be recognised for what he did - delivering a performance for the ages, and one that occupies a significant position in the pantheon of cinema’s greatest accomplishments.
His performance is not over-hyped; it is genius put to film.
Ledger was right, his movies WILL live on forever, and through them, so will he.
And Before emerging himself into the Joker Character in The Dark Knight, Heath Ledger didn't care about his Life and Family and also what kind of effect it would have on his body and Mental health because of he was so passionate for the Joker Character and he didn't care about money or his family or his life because of his Love and passion for the Art and for his work. And he has Channelise his inner demons (insomnia , Pain and exhaustion ) and his Heart breaking Break up with Michelle williams into his work. And He died Fearlessly for something he truly believes in and for his audience whom all creative artist owes to them (audience) because their (artists) work reflect and holds the mirror to the society. And Even he died but he will live forever in the heart of the millions. and I'm sure his final work as The Joker in the Dark Knight has given him the Ultimate Satisfaction as an Actor and he would have also asked himself, because of all these I'm here and this is why I'm doing all these things as an Artist.
