Elementary athlete sets new Palaro record in long jump |

Jyane Kirt Cantor of Central Luzon set a new Palarong Pambansa record, at 6.14 meters for the elementary boys division of long jump during the 2024 national meet in Cebu City on Thursday, July 11. The previous record was at 6.04m, set by Jeremie Tamles from Davao Region during the national meet in Naga in 2002.
Cantor is a sixth-grade student at the Caanawan Elementary School in San Jose City, Nueva Ecija.
