When i wanna sleep i "visualise" myself sitting at a desk staring at a blank sheet of A4 paper. Do nothing, dont move, just stare at the blank page (in your mind). My brain gets totally bored & within 2 minutes i fall asleep...! i've seriously no memory of ever looking at that blank page for more than a few mins before falling asleep...
Is there anyway I can calm myself down or feel more normal when I can tell I’m getting anxious, heart rate increasing, almost breathless before I speak to someone or a few people about something really important. Thanks
