round 1, he claimed that he was vigilante (he was godfather) but his notes said that he went on alert. Which is veteran. Which also would've been a good lie against the defense being to high, because he was on alert. Unless I'm mistaken and he still would've died. Either way, he won. but it would've been a much better lie if he got his mentality straight. Although if he was on alert, he would've killed the attacker wouldn't he? Maybe not though.
