Love these kinds of videos that dig into what the pro's are running and what they consider when going into races, keep up the content man 🤙 Don't think Jesse was running a tilt kit like Kyle was, but any idea if he was running Mission or Custom nose high? I tried W's for a while out there and was pretty happy how they ran in Mission honestly, but the few whoops sections like Kyle mentioned can definitely be nose drag territory. Ended up running Tail Rails and still high speed nose dragged on one of em lol

Yes they all are, it's a no brainer.
Can you pressure onewheel people to get a signal bip from telephone ap when the board goes over 25km, this would help us a lot from breaking our noses and is totally doable. 30km that is when engine can cut off specially if hot.
These vids are awesome, thanks for taking the time to share all the info! One question; would custom mode with a tilt adjustment be the same as using the tilt kit? I ordered the Varials and was hoping to avoid a hardware fix for the tilt issue.
I hear that custom doesn't use the same pid loop or filtering as the standard shapes. So it will feel slightly different on custom no matter what. But I'm on a Pint X so I don't get to tweak my board. Can't wait to build my VESK with 0% FM parts.

CBXR/JWXR > GT as you can see, and are standard for all the Pro's.
Please consider posting what a mentioned "tilt kit" is. Even better please consider posting links to all mentioned upgrades. Definitely considerng a gtxr myself till vesc is bug free an doable by the average Joe
A tilt kit was a metal shim for your controller box, but I think it’s no longer necessary because you can tilt with the Rewheel app on your phone
How much are those board setup ?
What about batteries? Kyle and Jesse running bigger Chi or JW, or is anyone on stock?
All Pro's run big batteries, the extra torque, power, and range is standard now.
Is that a modified frame on there?
WTF, Tilt kit, and your 50/50 lower is the best.

can you do a vid of different vesc builds cause i read a xr or pint can be turned into a vesc. this true?
Yes, makers pev makes a diy kit, but you can also make it with a foccer
