What do you think about Radhika Madan's comment on TV?
I didn’t see it but I totally agree with what shagun and ravi said and I actually believe in that too. I rather watch my favourite actors and actresses everyday than 2-3 hours in a year and they work soooo hard that it’s impossible to compare them even though it’s all art and it doesn’t matter what platform it’s. By the way I love every interview, small videos, or a show you do it’s always entertaining, refreshing, unique, interesting, fun, knowledgeable and much more it’s amazing and you’re extremely talented and passionate about your work I see it in every video you make the only this I hate about your videos are that it has a end, I can watch you all day long and I wish you never end any of your videos because they’re amazing and beautiful in their own ways. Keep up your hard work and I wish you a good health and wealth (lol because if you get sick we won’t see you so it’s really important that you’re healthy and wealth because you need money to feed yourself and your family or loved ones) please keep making more video’s and keep taking interviews. @sargunmehta @ravidubey2312 i saw your interview on bollywood bubble where u slammed @radhikamadan for her comments on tv. First of all muje bataiye usne galat kya bola. She just said about the work culture in tv industry. Isme itna bura maanne wali kaunsi baat hai. She stated tv actors arent given scripts or enough time to prep the scenes..and are given scripts the last minute. Ye toh 100% sach baat boli wo. She didnt like that work culture and shifted to movies. Whats wrong in this? Is there a rule that everybody who works in tv has to like that work culture? She shifted to a medium that she likes the best. This interview is about her, her experience, her opinion. Ab kisi aur ko kya bura lagta hai us baat pe b tum log judge karoge kya? And plz come out of this ancient mindset that overworking = hardworking. Its not true always. Dont glorify the toxic overworked culture of tv as something that will teach u how to deal with stress situations or help u b on your toes all the time. Something that may look as a learning experience for some may seem as unrequired hardwork, toxic for somebody else. All the tv celebs started ganging up on her. Ppl are so quick to judge. Agar wo abhi b tv karte hue, uski burai kar rhi hai then u may call her out bcoz of her hypocrisy but usne saaf saaf bola na she didnt like the working culture in tv where u r expected to churn out episodes and somehow bettering your craft takes a backseat, thats why she chose to leave tv..toh how is she wrong in any way? Is there any rule that if u worked in tv for once in your life u have to end up liking all aspects of it and if at all u become a filmstar and then point out the defects in the tv industry then u r considered a traitor? What kind of childish mentality is thus? she clearly said she felt she had a better scope to improve her craft by working in films and didnt like the robotic functioning of tv industry where the attention is given to meeting the deadline and not so much to the quality of content. Aur ye toh hum sab jante hai tv shows kitne dragging, monotonous aur one tracked ho jaate hai..ek time k baad. She isnt wrong.

I saw Radhika's television show because, i am a fan of Shakti Arora (her co star).
That show was superhit because of others actors, she didn't given any great performance in that show, ofcourse her chemistry was very good with Shakti. At that time she always told in her interviews that her co actors are her best friend, she learned lots of things from them but one of her interview where she came to promote her 2nd film, the host play a audio clip where Shakti wishes her for the movie and appreciated her for the previous movie she done. At that time Radhika seems very superior, it looks like she try to ignore Shakti, she said that they were never became friends bcz he is senior etc etc

I don't think radhika ne kuch bhi galat aur aisa waisa kaha hai us interview mein kyonki maine bhi dekha hai woh interview unhone wahi bola joh unhone mehsoos kiya right ho sakta hai ravi aur sargun ne woh sab experience nahin kiya ho jo radhika ne kiya isiliye bolna aur judge karna unke liye bahut asan tha aur phir ravi aur sargun ne toh radhika ka interview dekha bhi nahi phir kaise bol sakte hain ki radhika galat hai aur jahan tak main janti hoon ravi toh radhika se kabhi mile bhi nahi nahin unhein personally jante hain toh phir kis basis par radhika ko itna bol rahein hain jab aap kisiko professionaly jante nahin ho uske sath kabhi mile nahin tab tak kisi ke upar aise comment pass nahin karni chahiye jab aap kisiko personally aur proffesnally jane lago toh phir baat karna thik hain ravi and sargun tab tak ke liye jab aap kisiko ko achi tarah jan nahin lete please aise kisi ko judge mat karo aap dono koi haq nahin banta kisiko aise judge karne apne kam se kam rakho
So tommorrow if nayandeep says he started working in bollywood bubble and left pinkvilla bcoz he liked the work prospects in bollywood bubble and didnt like the working style in pinkvilla..we all should bash him as these tv celebs are bashing radhika for speaking her heart out and her experience right?
If somebody didnt like the functioning of a workplace and left why r they behind that person's soul?
Radhika clearly said as an actress she felt her working prospects are better in films compared to tv...so she quit tv.
She said the working style of tv industry didnt suit her aspirations of an actor, her working style requirements. She felt films are more suited for her. So she left tv as she thought tv doesnt have much to offer to her in terms of bettering the craft in a slow, nuanced way.
These people are dissecting her words like vultures.
They all know radhika ne koi jhuth baat nahi boli hai tv industry k baare mai.
People are overworked, always in a rush to meed the episode deadlines and scripts are given last minute. All these are the bitter bad truths of tv industry.
Isme ye sare tv celebs ko kya mirchi lag rhi h bhai.
Tum logo ko gadhe majdooro ki tarah bekar mai us din tmhra scene ho ya na ho....poora poora din set pe wait karna hardwork lagta hoga..dusro ko time waste lag sakta hai.
That doesnt mean they r wrong
Tv is no divine medium that sabko pasand ana chahiye tv mai kaam krna.
Tv may also seem boring, one tracked which is why many actors have quit their serials and started looking for other opportunities...
This is one truth that all tv actors know about tv but if anybody verbalises it, more so if a film actress who started from tv says it..haath dhoke peeche padte hai.
Totally agree with this TV serials can get monotonous and people can stop liking working in them because it is a lot of hard work no space for personal life at all some people love that kind of lifestyle while others can actually choose to differ and like something else as long as there are no bad words spoken with malicious intent they really need to let the girl be
Exactly wahi toh main keh rahi hoon radhika ne aisa kya bol diya joh yeh TV walon ko itna bura lag raha hai waise aaj kal toh TV serials mein kuch bhi dhikha dete hain Main naam nahin loonga lekin kuch mahine pehle hi maine ek serial dhekha tha us serial mein snake wala track chal raha tha and guess what agar aap seeti mar te ho toh snake ko control mein la sakte ho omg like really aur phir same production house usme kuch waqt pehle generation leap aaya tha and ab usme bhi aane wala hain ek hi production house ke serial same kahani chal rahi hain kya bakwas hain yaar kuch toh naya lao ek hi production house aur serial ki kahani bhi ek jaise ho yeh jaruri toh nahin kuch toh alag karon kuch toh difference hona chahiye na kahani mein tab hi toh dhekhne mein maza aata hai na as a audience ek hi jaise kahani hoti hai tabhi toh dhekne maza nahi aata bakwas same to same kahani

Hypocrite people.. Sargun doesn't do TV after Punjabi movies. Atleast Radhika was honest.. she didn't say that TV is all bad she just pointed a few things like long working hours, poor script writing etc. which is True. Working 15-16 hrs a day is not healthy for anyone. Why promote such culture

But I will say that bcz of producing episodes every single day the real story /script loose the quality and the actors just do one or two serials/characters in whole career and the no.of episodes are too much that even if we love that serial we can't sit and watch every single episode, which we do with k drama or c drama .and mostly every single indian serial story is same with few exception especially sony tv serial, they try to bring something new and different story .
