The "S' range that HD launched in 2016 was eye watering. From the looks and class of the Slim S to the sheer muscle of the Dyna Lowrider S this range was designed to look good and perform equally. The Fat Boy S was the one that got away from me and today I had the opportunity to take one out. A beautiful softail which I believe is one of the best HD's produced.

You give a man's review, and ride the bike the proper way, kinda like you stole it which is the only way to ride such a beautiful bike.
I recall when I first did a test ride on it, I was stoked to no end and punched the throttle all the way to 90 mph, just to test the police and the limits of the engine.
I still ride it hard, and love every mile with a smile on my face, I found my true everlasting love.

I literally two days ago bought my first Harley-Davidson motorcycle and guess which bike it is? Yup!! A 2016 fat boy S with the 110 screaming eagle...
Now, because is a 2016 is a "used" bike (if we wanna call it that way) because this bike that I OWN now belonged to a doctor. I bought it with 268 miles on it, THAT’S RIGHT!!
268 FREAKING MILES!!
The doctor bought it and drove it to his house just to put her in his garage, he drove this bike around the block every Sunday until last Saturday. And now it’s mine!!!
Dang the bike would've been 268 miles in probably less than a week if I bought it haha. Hope you got a good deal on it.
So what do you think about the Fatboy S so far ?
Ive got a 2014 Fatboy with a 110 Screaming Eagle fitted running on a carb, goes well with loads of pull and easily cruises at 90 with power to pull off, I love the bike.
This video made me fall in love with my ‘17 S all over again !!!!👍🏻

Beautiful bike, you seemed to like this one better than one you rode in a previous video. Looks like it handled pretty well & they're not known for that. I like the black out but don't like the peg scraping. Nice review!

2016 Fat Boy S My first and last Harley just Perfect.And just has 3400 K's on it so still new.Had the Vance and Hines big radius pipes already on it.
I'd be curious to know how many Fat Boy S were produced in proportion to the 'standard' Fat Boy Lo with the 103 engine. Good to see that they hold their value.

Yeah bought mine in 2017 and put white walls on her.. looks like it's straight from WW2 era. I've had lots of EVOs ect. But this fatboy S (special) and all its Nostalgic looks of the early days i couldn't help myself and had to have 1. When I brought her home my bird was waiting ran out the house with tears in her eyes and said " OMG SHE'S BEAUTIFUL..ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!". I had to agree 😁 as she rides just as good as she looks.

The new softails wont scrape the floorboards as easily! But yea gotta love themfat boys! Man that sounds gay! Lol
Great video. My Fatboy S has the Stage 1 add on to the one you tried and I love it for going round the lanes - relatively agile for a heavy cruiser (I used to own a BMW K1300s). However, it is now 3yrs old and I’m thinking of trading it in for a Road King Special 114 (as I’m not so keen on the new Fatboy looks but like the idea of the M8 engine and the better suspension, frame, etc.). Would be keen to get your view on the comparative handling (especially round the Beachy Head twisties), as I know you’ve tried the 107 RKS, and they are similarly priced. I’ll be trying it for myself in a few weeks but wanted to get your views.
Put it this way the RKS 114 is my next cruiser. I absolutely love it, had the opportunity to take one to Wales on a three day road trip and it carved amazingly well. Already priced one up.

Just to let you know I traded in the Fat Boy S for the RKS - have ordered a few extras, so will pick it up in a few weeks, just in time for Thunder in the Glen. May do a quick video of it myself when I get it.

I understand why they went with the B - motor because without the counterbalanced engine like the Evolution Fat Boys they vibrated so much that you actually could come home from a ride with your turn signals hanging off .
But I still would rather buy the evo version with all the vibration it is just a better ride imho

I am quite interested in Fat Boy S but not comfortable with that much scraping. It just doesn't sound good to me.
Nevermind. I just bought the Fat Boy S. I did the test ride and the lean angles are good enough for me. There was no issue of scraping.

I was never really a fan of the solid rims,when the bike first came out, i thought it was cool,but now,I'm not a fan lol

There was just a 2016 Fatboy Lo S for sale at the local dealership this week. It was traded in and someone bought it the very same day. If I didn't buy a new bike 3 weeks ago, I would have been all over it. This one was a 110ci with lots of mods and it was BEAUTIFUL!

IMO I think the stock 110ci motor is one of the best sounding stock motors out there!
Those roundabouts look scary. Get it wrong and you've got nowhere more to lean...I've been wanting a cruiser but hadn't considered this safety aspect.

Nice bike but that sure is a lack of ground clearance. Hope the floor boards are spring loaded otherwise you'll be in the hedge!
