That was very risky playing and kicking for goal after taking that mark. Siren could have gone right before he kicked it and then he would have been kicking himself big time. Great kick under pressure though.
I believe Zaharakis said that he knew if he went back to kick it he wouldn't have been able to make the distance. So he tried to get as close as possible. The kick was perfectly timed.
