Ingredients:
(Serves 4)
- 1 cup Rice (soaked)
- 2 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 1/2 - 3 cup Curd
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Asafoetida
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Split Yellow Lentils
- 1 tsp Split Chickpeas
- Giner (chopped)
- 2 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 2 Dried Red Chillies
- Coriander Leaves (chopped)
