I got Jiyan at 50:50 but can I get yinlin after the update of wuthering weave ?

if luck is on your side you can definitely get yinlin, either from soft pity (about 50 or 60 pity) or 50/50 (80 pity)
and yes your pity resets if you get any 5 star resonator in the featured pull
any remaining pity gets used over to the next features resonator if you haven't gotten a 5 star yet
