First pair I ever bought as a first year, still have them so I ripped off the handle and replaced it with Wiha handles and is now my new fave. Can resharpening the blades too
I prefer Knipex or Klein's. Try some diamond paste mixed with WD40 to break those in. It works pretty quick. Just be sure to flush out the mixture once theyre loosened up
The one crosscuts I've seen we're made by Marvel and they are wonderful for copper at least. MC Cable with destroy them though, I'm guessing the same thing with these Crescent ones
Dip those pliers in dry play sand . Open and close them repeatedly. Work the sand in They will never get tight no again. No oils or w.d. 40 needed. Just a dry process.
Omg why can’t I get cross cuts in the us?!? I would literally use them as my everyday pliers!!! Someone out there has to be willing to trade something here in the US that we have for a pair! I’ll even take the shit crescent ones LOL
I would throw that range of the rubbish pile. If you have to force it to open and close it right out of the door, it's no good.. you never have to do that with Knipex pliers. If you do you got a defective pair

This is why Knipex is an electrician’s best friend.

Vinegar will loosen them up if you soak them till you like how they feel.

Good pliers
A little Fluid Film on the jaws of new tools makes them open by themselves, don't waste your time or money on PB Blaster or WD.
