I used to do passive hangs for a while and wonder why i feel worse once my feet touch the ground. Worse i tried side bend when my core is already weak and was in agony. I appreciate thr information you are putting out there.
Was doing 5 min. worth of dead hang work everyday. Hurt my sacroiliac really bad, and dead hangs were a no go after that. Over two months later, and I'm still scared to do them.
I never realized when you talk about building strength in your back muscle that you're also talking about all those tiny muscles, I thought you were referencing the big muscles
Seems similar to when you're extremely stiff and then foam roll/massage out ligaments/muscles. Range of motion increased but it feels sore for a few days.
tendons and ligaments need a longer recovery time then muscle tissue so id assume he'd say to decompress less often if you continue doing it. but i am no physio just a guy with back pain also
You should do a video on your stretching routine! Whether it’s before/after workout or when you wake up or go to sleep
So this makes sense why when I tried an inversion table, I couldn't walk for a few days after. It sucked

Legend bro love your work keep on helping so many people bless you
Thank you ,very happy with youre program 😁
Passive and active hangs helped my lower back immensely in the long run. However i do recall instances that it would hurt after
Thanks for reiterating where we need to put our focus which is strengthening. I'm going to try single leg next time I'm at the gym.

Hello. Just asking if I dont have back extension, and I cant go to the gym can I do them at home somehow?
What if we persistently train daily, and also decompress / hang with scap lifts too?
