Easy peasy. Here's how to do the Wobble-Wave.
The Wobble-Wave is really easy. All you need to do for this trick to work is put the Loop Lasso on full power, and once it's shooting out, move the velocity dial up and down really fast, changing the speed that the string is being shot out at. This one creates really cool wave shapes, so play around with how fast you can change the speed!
