I love a few of these songs in this medley, particularly "Angel Eyes", "Feel Like Makin' Love", "Pink Houses" and "The Joker". Eric and I have the exact same tastes in music!
Also, speaking of Steve Earle, my cover suggestion for Eric is "Copperhead Road". That song hugely paved the way for so many artists like him, Travis Tritt, Jason Aldean and Kip Moore, to name a few, who have successfully blended country and rock together. The fact that Eric's never done it live is surprising, as the song's hard and heavy sound, complete with the storyline of a soldier who returns home from Vietnam and starts trafficking marijuana, would really fit well with his style.
