@@johntan8343 it was a double cam holding cdm formation, it’s not like he was asked to do xhakas role plus it worked for Norwich hence he kept it going for another game till it went downhill from there

@@Josstick You can be a fan of one team and still play for another... Jack Wilshere was a West Ham fan, but he still bled for Arsenal and loved the club, so Haaland isn't impossible because he is a city boi. He is impossible because of the price tag.
My worry would be Erling takes him off to City or back to Real. Can see Pep coming for Saka and Odegaard 😱. Needs to get tougher and dirtier for Pep. We could do with training him up that way ourselves. But he could be a legend and captain. Very smart very talented and works hard.

@@N2theLAS not because of the price tag either. It's simply because Haaland is a proper top 5 footballer in the world and Arsenal isn't as attractive compared to other clubs. If we had UCL, that combined with our project and some convincing from Ødegaard might at least have given us some hope, but now I hope we get Vlahovic. Hopefully he becomes our Haaland.

Literally drove the team when we are trailing against West Ham during the 2020/2021 season. Worked very hard to press the team. Young and likeable character. Great eye for a pass.
Didn't understand why certain Arsenal fans didn't rate him. I am really looking forward for him to reach his prime with us. Once Xhaka is fit, Partey/Sambi - Xhaka - Odegaard will be the midfield rock for us!

Left-footed CAMs like Hutchinson and him are required to enable us play with various tactics. I reckon his best position to be on the right side, where he can make diagonal passes and runs as Smith-Rowe does from the left wing

I didn't really see his quality when he was on loan or at the start of the season. He never looked bad, just not like a player that would take us to the next level. However, the last couple of months he's been incredible and you can see he's got the potential to become a world-class player. Reminds me a bit of a young Christian Erikson actually.

For Arsenal's media team he looks brilliant. Great thing for Arsenal's PR people but i want big consistent performances from him on the pitch and nothing more.

Most technically gifted of all the Arsenal players imo. Just needs to settle down & find his place in the club. We havent had a proper number 8 in long long while. Last one was prolly Cazorla.
You can see he's a groove player, when's he not in the groove even basic through balls dont come off, but when he's on song he'll pick sick assists with ease. Whenever he's come on this season, he's made atleast 1-2 clear cut chances in just 15-20 mins on the pitch. Class player.
