Nicely done and awesome white Strat! Amazing that Nuno can do this so fast and so clean and even on Acoustic on Midnight express!
Yes I'm agree! He's an incredibile guitar player! And thank you so much🙏🏻
This solo will always remain a history for the days to come. This is epic and you nailed it bro🖐️
Thank you so much for your kindness! Yes, this solo is an incredibile masterpiece🤯
That's excellent!!🔥🔥🔥
Thank you so much man!
Very well done! Thank you .
Thanks to you 🙏🏻
Nice job! 😮💨👌
Thank you so much!
Sounds close, nice job.
Thank you so much
Great cover , really hard and I have not attempted it myself yet
Thank you so much!
Sounds like a cool Tool riff when you play it slow!
Yes it's true! 😉🤟🏻
Well done. What is the model of the strat?
Thank you so much man! It's a Mexican Strat 2007
That’s awesome!! Thanks! I can’t do it fast like you and the Extreme guy, but I can learn “how” to do it slowly and maybe make up my own little riff. That’ll be kind of cool. Best to You!!
Edit- I already figured out how to cheat with a delay pedal... I never have to try hard again. Whew! That was close.
Hey man! I'm so glad to have been helpful 🙏🏻 yes delay pedal can help you, but unfortunately Nuno doesn't use it this time😭
@@ValerioCastiglioni - You and Nuno are good guitar players. I’m just a guy with a guitar having some fun in my little “studio” corner. But guys like you show how things work, and then I can screw around with it for hours. So my thanks was sincere! Very best to you!!
@@johnr3369 thanks for you kindness man! But let me say....maybe I can play guitar, but Nuno is from another Planet🤣🤣
@@ValerioCastiglioni - Nuno may be slightly better than you, but you have a cool beard and he doesn’t, so that makes up for any difference. So there. Plus, Nuno didn’t show me how to play his mystery riff, but you did. And the thing about high speed riffs from masters is that they are very, very musical when played slowly, if you take the time to relish what went into them. It really often makes me wonder why they play them so fast that the average listener hears nothing but a blur. A regular person would make an entire song out of that Nuno riff you demo’d. The masters have so much of that musicality on tap that they can blaze for hours!!! I’m just at a point where I’m trying to learn “how/why it works musically”, then maybe someday I can get “super fast”. Guys like you are good, and you’re generous about sharing the secrets of this ridiculous instrument with lesser players, and that’s why i said my Thanks was sincere. Keep up the good work, and, well, that’s all. Very Best and Cheers!
@@johnr3369 ahahah you're da man!🤣💪🏻thank for your amazing words! It's a pleasure to share this material for me🙏🏻🔥
Nice job. But... One thing I would ask is, "Why are you using the neck pickup for this?" Let's hear it with more bite.
Hello and thanks for the comment! I chose the neck pickup because with strato it gave to me more percussive sound!
The notes are right, but I reckon Nuno is alternate picking and palm muting this entire section
Thanks! Maybe Nuno picks only the first note of the triplets and then plays with hammer ons, I think. But anyway, thanks for the advice!😉
Really good cover. I have seen this guy play it and he does a great job to make it look easy
Check it out

He is a big Nuno fan so likey he has the Nuno technique right, as his channels shows him playing a lot of Nuno solos 👍
I think theres a delay on that solo, like the one he did in flight of the wounded bumblebee..
Unfortunately I think that sound was given by the hammer ons, but thank you for your coomment!
Looks like Nuno alternate picks the whole thing in the video. Might be economy picking not sure
Thanks for your comment! Maybe he'll teach us soon through a video 😁
@@ValerioCastiglioni This solo really made an impact on me bro. So refreshing.
Rick Beato did the same
Oh great! I'm going to watch It💪🏻
@@ValerioCastiglioni cool :)
@@JohnKuhles1966 😄💪🏻
While your hitting the notes sounds like you’re only picking half the notes Nuno picks.
Thank you for your comment. I think that Nuno technique is based on the hammer ons that creates its percussive sound. For this reason I pick only the first note of triplets😉
@@ValerioCastiglioni watch his right hand again. It’s a blur, man!
Nice playing! I thought this might pique your interest. It's in the Lydian mode with an occasional sharp 1st over a major 7th drone somewhat in the style of classical Indian Raga Yaman (and with the sharp 1st, Raga Puriya). Enjoy! czcams.com/video/Al2oTRNTIE8/video.html
Wow thanks to share these info with us🙏🏻
Something dosent sound right like not enough pick attacks , still killer
Thank you for the comment😉💪🏻
I think it's due to the inferior output from the Strat pickups, an humbucker would probably be better suited for achieving that type of attack.
@@Weloz92 thank you for the advice😉
In the video you can see that Nuno "picks" every note and not every 3rd. It makes the note that gets "picked" stand out more and it changes the dynamic of the riff a bit. Still great work with the left hand.
@@Weloz92 Actually, Nuno picks every note! He is amazing with alternate picking
This is close, and well done, but pretty sure Nuno is alternate picking the whole sequence.
Thank you man🙏🏻 mmm are you sure?🤔 I thought that percussive sound was given by the hammer on😉
I'm pretty sure he's not. He always uses those percussive hammer ons from nowhere. It's 1 of his trademarks
@@KevinToine I'm agree😉
No it’s not alternate picking. It has a delay, just like Flight of the Wounded Bumblebee and the intro to the solo on Play with me.
Unfortunately he didn't play with delay
You ain't got it yet buddy. Keep it up tho. It's getting there. There's way more percussion and it seems faster.
ok thanks, do you have any advice to play It better then?
@@ValerioCastiglionitry and pick more of the notes to make it sound tighter.
@@xxvenom ok thank you! I don't think that part must be played with picking, but ok, thank you for the advice💪🏻
