Agar Start karte hi motor trip ho rhi hai motor over cuurent le rhi hogi, or current down ho rhi hai isak condition clear nhi ho rha hai mujhe, ki kis kis condition me motor ki cuurent down ho rha hai.

500 KW motor Star>Deta connection me star run kor raha hai. 10 sec me timer set kiya hua hai.
Jab bhi Delta connect hone ka time sat sat main braker trip kar raha hai.
Motor pump se alag karke chalu kare to sahi chal raha hai.
Star pe chalu karnese 1200 amp >>1000 amp lete hai.13 sec bad Delta on hone ka time pe 1250 amp pe trip hota hai.
Motor pump se alag karke chalu karnese Star 500 amp Deta 136 amp x her phase pe motor shai chal raha hai.
Pump ko hat se ghumake dekha ekdam free ghum raha hai.
Mera kaina hai ki timer 20 sec set se Star current or kom hoyega ki nahi?
Or dosra keya check karna hai.
Relay sob check kiya.Sahi hai.

1. OLR ka current settings badha dijiye or timer ka time bhi 1 mnt ya usse upper Kar ke dekhiye kya hota.
2. Kabhi kabhi motor ka connection sahi se nhi ho pata hai jiske wajah se start me motor sahi se runn karega (Forward) or delta me jate hi Reverse ghumne lagta hai jiske wajah se bhi motor trip karta hai.

Sound aa rha हैं to ho sakta hai ki apke motor ke under koe mechanical fault hoga. Or chal ke band ho rha hai to motor over load bhi ho sakta hai,but apko sabse motor ko test karna chahiye ko apke motor ki Winding sahi hai ki nhi.
