The law and Constitution of India doesn't work on feeling and view of judgement, there should be a reason to an arrest if not no harm to the property of the owner in this case his bike, phone are being damaged and the accused is being harrassed he is being threatened by saying"HAMKO RECORD KARE GA HAMKOO!!!" and are forcefully taking his phones which is his right to have and without any warrant or something he is being slapped and harrassed, Police can not make law by them selfs, they are the executers and protectors of the law, i think you're one of them who judge people by there appearance.

@@theoldme3561I respect your opinion, but I have seen guys like these who are habitual offenders and create panick and cause accidents by rash driving they care little about others who follows the rule. There are instances where people got killed by such persons while doing stunts and high speed races in public roads. And watching the videos it seems that they are more than qualified to be included in the category. I agree that may be some cops are corrupt and might be looking make some easy money but not everyone. I really don't care what others think it's my opinion based on my experience and I stand by it and dont think whatever you think is correct there are other versions of a story which you and me dont know so if you want to judge someone let it be you.
