belgian housing is extremely low quality. no sound isloation, you hear your neighbor making out. no heat isolation, low quality double glass windows that leak within a year or two after construction compared to triple layer windows used in germany or netherlands. after all, it was cheap ecb printed toilette paper and they put it to cheap lousy apartments. i will take my savings out of belgium and buy in arizona or florida.
