FUNDA LECTURE: Focus or DAR Charting

A 12-hour shift nurses’ duty starts from 7am to 7pm (Morning) and 7pm to 7am (Night). The purpose of presenting 7am to 6:59 pm and vice versa as 12-H shift is to distinguish what marking ink (red or black) will the nurse use when she makes her Focus charting.
