Hi, I'm building this Gripen kit the very same one. I'm so glad that you've noticed the same things as me it's a nice Kit it's cheap I don't want too much stress it looks like a Gripen and that's what is important to me. It will look nice next to my viggen and draken just like yours.

Do you think that revell 371 would work for the swedish gripen aswell? From what i have seen the paint seems to be the same as the czech one.
Yes, depending on how strong your weathering is there shouldn't be a big difference to similar grey tones anyways

I got it many years ago from AliExpress. There's a more expensive alternative called "Trinity Splatter" from Uschi Van Der Rosten.
Italeri has poor quality and poor fitting. The Revell is much better.
