I'm very pleased to see the very low property taxes, relatively low homeowners insurance and also low closing cost for your state. I'm one of those agents who have a letter soup after their name and I'm proud mainly because of the knowledge I have gained. This is a very premature stage and I think it is normal to have questions especially because there is so much misinformation out there, and the media has burned us publicly stealing that trust the consumer has on us. Using your words: We are part of the American Dream and no one can take that from US! We will grow from all this and will continue to be part of it! Because most people rarely transact for a house, there's a great lack of consumer knowledge on the subject. This has allowed for a fair amount of abuse in the industry. I think this will be starting change more
