    Thanks Leigh........we have a similar disclosure form in CO........... (without Dual Agency which is not allowed here). Always appreciate your perspective and information.

    I just received my company and personal mortgage brokers license approved in North Carolina. I'm very pleased to see the very low property taxes, relatively low homeowners insurance and also low closing cost for your state. Looking forward to helping the consumers of North Carolina get incredible interest rates. I just locked my first VA buyer in Wake County. Keep up the excellent work.

    What kinds of questions are you allowed to answer showing a home if you are not hired to be their agent yet? Like the sellers disclosure is that ok to show?

    I have MANY MANY questions but after watching your video I feel calm, and definitely more educated.
    I have been educating myself since day one I got my license.
    Yes! I'm one of those agents who have a letter soup after their name and I'm proud mainly because of the knowledge I have gained.
    This is a very premature stage and I think it is normal to have questions especially because there is so much misinformation out there, and the media has burned us publicly stealing that trust the consumer has on us.
    Using your words: We are part of the American Dream and no one can take that from US! We will grow from all this and will continue to be part of it!

    Yes! We have the Information About Brokerage Services here in Texas and it's a mandated (and great) form that outlines agency relationships!

    I present WWREA before I unlock the first door and the Buyer Agency agreement if not before I unlock the first door at the first showing. I try to make sure both of these forms are presented before I spend my valuable resources. Thank you Leigh I always appreciate your content. I hope you don't mind I quoted your dad's explanation of agency with credits of course. I can send it to you if you like.

    Because most people rarely transact for a house, there's a great lack of consumer knowledge on the subject. This has allowed for a fair amount of abuse in the industry. I think this will be starting change more

    the HAMMER came DOWN - 2% commissions in UK are common and badly needed in the USA
