cool concept, but you should consider using armor with a lot of water boost for your main set though because the boost from alchemical doesn't really do much to help the starstream damage. Full ocean guard on your main set would be better in terms of dps and support.
its hard to beat cragstone, 20% more damage a piece? AND it has both fire and earth boost? Yes please that's for infusions though, best main set that still gives you water boost for raining would prob be king carp or ocean guardian
@DuckyDooDoo5 raining has cool down per enemy Which means every enemies have a cool down after you proc rain, resulting in what u saw when testing with the dummy

@@c.j.8263 burn would be cleansed by raining most of the time so cragstone isnt really a good option for this build
