I got food items mixed with poisonous items. I raised a customer complaint and they said they wouldn't take the items back or refund the amount. As it is their policy. Is it the policy of Instamart to serve poisonous items? I could have been poisoned if I didn't find it out in time.

I want to urge you that apart from employment, it is responsibly of your company to make their work force a better citizen.
To cut short the story, i want to request companies like you to ensure that your riders follow the right traffic rules, daily i keep seeing that many of your riders drive in wrong direction, driving rash and zig zag in a haste which is very risky for others.
Hope your company will take the apt action to turn riders into a caring and rule abiding citizens 🙏
