This looks similar to my wife's seven layer bars but with a couple of different ingredients. Your bars also look delicious. When you hit the pros, use your bars as a fundraiser for the less fortunate; it looks like it would be a BIG success. Mrs. Fields' cookies were delicious cookies made by an attractive woman named Mrs. Field who sold them off a cookie cart in Palo Alto, CA. With the help of her husband, she expanded to a brick and mortar building. Maybe you can do the same with your cookies as one of the stars in your pastry lineup and have someone else sell them so you can focus on your other love, basketball.
