Longtones: Match pitch with drone (don't look at tuner)
Match Pitch with tuner (look at tuner, does use a drone)
Play long tones at very loud and very soft volumes
Make the note stable in pitch and sound, and try to refine sound best as possible
Practice longtones on every note

With my tongue, I manipulate it using voicing, try different types of tongue positions while whistling

I will say I haven’t had any neck problems or neck strap problems since I’ve had this strap, I’ve had this same one for about 6 years now without any issue, so it is quality
